A little about Linda
Well done on taking a very important step towards realising you do not need to do this alone.
Why Nature?
The challenges and highlights of life often mirror the rhythm of Nature herself with awesome beauty at one end and hard, unforgiving harshness on the other. Just like in Nature, Life’s journey consists of mountain to climb, windy roads & rocky paths to navigate, cliffs to cling to and roaring sea’s sail. It also offers us the breath taking, wonder of new life, glow of the sun on our face, breeze gently caressing our face, soft bed of grass to rest and the sounds of birds chirping as the new light of dawn rolls over the hills.
As humans, many are losing the connection with Nature and the power of healing that being in Nature has to offer. It is through the wisdom of Nature, that building the skills, resources and tools assist in navigating through your life is the key to a ‘well lived’ life.
In a world where we are often inundated with information, its often hard to know where to start or who to reach out to when seeking assistance. I welcome you to join me as we venture down that path together, in a safe, supportive environment to explore & create your very own 'well lived' life.

To help you know if I might be the right person for you, here is a little bit about me.
Born into a large farming family I have always a strong connection with nature. I knew early on I was different from other children, was bullied a lot at school and learnt very early to mask my real self. Growing up my closest and safest friends were my animals who loved me just the way I was. My childhood was also shaped by significant family illnesses with my father’s accident, stoke and autoimmune disease when he was 40. Those events forever changed my world and I adjusted to this by taking on the role of carer to him as a young teenager. Combining this with my love of caring for sick or injured animals it was a very natural transition to for me to become a nurse.
I then spent the next 30 years working in healthcare as an ED Nurse, Patient Safety Officer, Quality and Risk Manager, Counsellor and Psychotherapist. I am very passionate about caring for and helping others and creating a safer, brighter world for others.
I know from my own lived experience how tough life can be and the vital importance on how to building skills, resources and tools to not only survive but THRIVE again.
I'm very blessed to have in my life my wonderful family. Three adult sons, their partners, my grandchildren, two stepdaughters, one transgender son, and a committed, caring and considerate partner.
I now live within the beautiful Gold Coast Hinterland on our Quarter Horse Stud Ricinda Ranch surrounded by my precious herd of mares and foals, immersed in Nature and all her wonder. Our beautiful, secluded valley and the wonderful animals that live here provide the perfect place for clients to unravel, renew and reignite!
