Linda Sawrey is a Psychotherapist, Clinical Counsellor and Registered Nurse with over 35 years’ experience across healthcare, leadership and organisational systems.
She blends evidence-based psychotherapy with real-world leadership experience to help individuals and teams navigate stress, build resilience and strengthen connection.
