About the Presenter:
I am a psychotherapist and passionate horseperson with many years of experience working with people and horses. My own journey has taught me how my brain and nervous system responses were impacting my riding, and I now use that knowledge to cultivate a healthier, more resilient mindset in the saddle. I’m excited to share these insights and tools with you!
