Vibes mean everything to me. Interestingly as a child & young adult I had been conditioned to ignore my gut instincts & instead listened to others voices & opinions of what choices I should make in my life. Looking back now I know my inner vibes told me the raw truth. Tune into your vibes & energy first before listening to your inner voice or words from others. Remember the body never lies yet we so often shut it off or ignore it. Strengthen your connection with the truth it tells us. Mine was screaming at me for years before I finally started to listen

Dissociation - There is so much out there on this topic & many on the view that it's negative maladaptive behaviour. I have a different view as see it as a super power that we to use to protect ourselves & core to our survival. The key to getting the most out of it is developing control & balance on when to draw on it. The power is in your hands.
